Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation at this lovely Brewster rental home.  You will be down the road from The Brewster Store and walking distance to both Robbins Hill and Saint's Landing beaches. This beautiful home is situated on a one block long street, safe for children to play and quiet for guests to relax. Two beaches are just 2/10ths of a mile from the house. The house is nicely landscaped, including beautiful hydrangea bushes. The backyard is fenced in with brick and grass. There is ample space outside the fence for croquet (provided) and other games. Trees between properties provide privacy. The long driveway off the street is ample for vehicle parking or small children play. This rental home is centrally air-conditioned with wireless internet, and local phone service. There is Cable TV/DVD in the den and Cable TV/DVD/VCR/DVR in the Master Suite.

The main level has a Master Suite; one other full bedroom with two twin beds; 2 full bathrooms; ample, comfortable living room with bay window; a good-sized, fully stocked kitchen; a dining area with bay window and a den/extra bedroom. The den has a sleep sofa and shades on all the windows plus French doors with shades. There is also a futon in the den. It is located at the rear of the house and is quiet for sleeping, if needed.

The finished lower level has 2 beds, armoire, desks, game table, loaded book cases, seating arrangement and regulation-sized ping pong table. This space is ideal for older children or teenagers. There is an exit on this level.

The Master Suite is a large room with sleeping space on each side. A decorative screen can be used to separate the space if necessary. There is a queen-sized bed on one side and a wicker trundle bed (2 single beds) on the other.
