Q: How do I get the keys for our rental property?
A: You can simply come to our office to check in. We will give you a check in packet with directions to your property, local helpful information and the keys. Some vacation rentals have a unique check in procedure. If your property has this type of procedure you will have been notified when you made your reservation.
Vacation Rental Insurance
A cancellation, interruption or trip delay can cost you
your vacation investment and additional expenses. CSA provides you with
protection during your entire vacation experience. You've invested time

you can't go on your trip for a covered reason, you will be reimbursed

Humidity & Allergies?
There is no guarantee that the temperature, humidity level or hypoallergenic environment be maintained in any property.
Q: Accidental Damage Protection Fee?
A: Most properties require a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection fee (ADP). The ADP fee amount is specific to each property. The ADP is intended to protect the tenant and owner from accidental damage done to the rental property during their stay. The ADP fee will cover accidental damage amounts of up to 5 times the collected ADP fee per stay for all guests staying at the property. Owner and Agent may bill tenant for charges in excess of and/or not covered by ADP. It does NOT cover: Wanton Behavior including intentional acts, gross negligence or willful conduct; Evidence of and/or damage caused by pets (Pets are not allowed at most properties); Damage done by unauthorized groups; Any equipment or personal property damaged or loss that was brought by the tenant to the property; Normal wear & tear; Unpaid bills, fees, expenses incurred for returned items, damage in excess of agreed coverage, legal fees or additional rent monies charged for lease violations; Any loss, if tenant and guests do not report it to The Cape Housing Co. LLC before checking out of property.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you decide to cancel your rental, we will try and re-rent your week after receiving a signed re-rental authorization form from you. If the week gets rented we will refund your money less 15%. If we are unable to find a tenant to rent the week you canceled you would be responsible for following through with the lease agreement terms.
Q: Can I bring a pet to my vacation rental home?
A: The majority of properties have a no pet policy. However there are some property owners that would allow pets. If you would like to bring a pet just ask and we will let you know which vacation rental properties are pet friendly.
Q: Are linens included at my vacation rental home?
A: The majority of Cape Cod vacation rental properties do not come with linens. We understand that bringing linens may not be possible for some vacationers so we do provide linen rentals for your convenience. The cost to rent sheets and bath towels is $20 per person.
Cleaning
There is a mandatory cleaning fee at every rental home. This means that the property is professionally cleaned before and after your stay. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the property when you arrive you are to call us immediately and let us know what specifically is not clean. We will take care of any cleaning issue immediately after any issue is brought to our attention. If a complaint is not made within 24 hours of check in, there is no recourse.
Each tenant is responsible to leave the property in "broom swept" condition and completely ready for the cleaners arrival at 10AM. This includes taking the trash out of the house and putting in barrels provided at the property, washing and putting away all dishes, removing everything from the refrigerator and all personnel belongings from the rental home.
Q:Can We Check In Early?
A: The majority of rental homes are not able to be prepared any earlier than 3 PM on Saturday. At some homes we do offer a 1 PM check in time for an additional $50 fee.
Q: What do I do if my home does not provide internet access?
