The walkout lower level has a bar, living area, a twin bed for extra sleeping accommodations, a full bathroom, pool table room with futon, washer & dryer and the bonus room with bunk beds.

From the deck you can enjoy the beautiful tree top views and the private, grass yard is great for kids to play. The interior has been recently updated with a brand new, beautiful kitchen.
