When a reservation is made we send you a notice of each rental along with payment.
We collect the full amount of rent prior to tenants checking in.
Each tenant is required to pay a mandatory Damage Protection Waiver or a security deposit which covers you in the case of any accidental damage that may occur during their stay.
We tactfully screen and talk to each tenant to ensure they are credible and a right fit for each property.
